Third class service, delivery person don't call you and directly report office, address incomplete...till now I haven't seen service like this

Worst thing ever... It's showing delivered in the tracking status,,but I didn't receive my order yet.. never use blue dart,, worst experience, worst servicing, not even a single call or msg from delivery boy, no intimation nothing

To blue dart's deliver boy Arjun pratap sing asked me 100 rs penalty charged ...and say ur adress is not complete. .i say i came where are u but he repaeat his word for 100 rs nd i deny he switch off his phone and cancel my parcel...

Worst service. Had to contact them thro phone and e mails several times. Simply they say incorrect address, whereas address is correct and very prominent location. No calls from them, no intination. Local courier service is much better.
