Aramex review by Monica

My parcel showed to be in Rusternbug since 28:04:22. I stay in Pretoria. I called Aramex, they didn't pick until the the 9th of May. They told Me that My parcel in involved in hijacking. That time I paid over R900. I got no Refund. They said they do not refund. I am here to encourage all of you to Boycott Aramex courier company. They're cold hearted individuals who loot our Orders, Claim to have been hijacked and refuse to refund Us. I am saying it boldly that, that R900 was the last money to receive from Me. This company is even expensive than others for absolutely Ka!!!... Boycott Aramex! Boycott Aramex!! Boycott Aramex!!!...

  • This is an absolute disgrace! Order has been rescheduled!? I am sure I was asleep as apparently the order that you need to deliver was attempted to be delivered at midnight?! Disgusting, with no means of communication. I am still waiting

  • The worst service. It took Shien less than a week to ship my parcel to Aramex in Johannesburg. I have been waiting more than a week for it to be shipped from Johannesburg to phalaborwa..... Im still waiting... More than a week later. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
