Aramex review by Moya Nel

Aramex’s service is pathetic!!! My parcel (tracking no. SOM41066) was scheduled to be delivered on 23 January; it did not arrive!!! I enquired through WhatsApp, I was put into contact with a ‘live’ agent Ishara who undertook to investigate and revert back to me. That was at about 18:00 today 23 Jan. Needless to say Ishara never provided me with feedback. I’ve sent 3 follow up messages asking about feedback; still no feedback. So what is my next step to try get feedback about the delivery???

  • Rubbish.... I bought something from my supplier on Monday.... The parcel took 10days to get to me ... They don't call and when you track the parcel you'll find them saying the customer couldn't answer the phone yet they didn't call . If you want to waiste your time use Aramex

  • My parcel was in the drop box for 6 days. I started phoning them every 10 minutes untill somebody phoned to say the parcel was picked up and are moving. 7 days since I posted and not delivered yet.......
