I am more than disappointed!!! I was informed on 22 January that my parcel will be delivered on 23 January. When I enquired about the delivery, a ‘live’ agent informed me he/she will investigate and revert back to me. Three more follow-up enquiries from me were not responded to!!!! I am soooo disappointed!!!

This is an absolute disgrace! Order has been rescheduled!? I am sure I was asleep as apparently the order that you need to deliver was attempted to be delivered at midnight?! Disgusting, with no means of communication. I am still waiting

Order reschuled because i was not available apparently and lack of details. MY DETAILS WERE ALL PROVIDED AND I DID NOT RECEIVE ONE CALL FROM THE COURIER GUY

The worst service. It took Shien less than a week to ship my parcel to Aramex in Johannesburg. I have been waiting more than a week for it to be shipped from Johannesburg to phalaborwa..... Im still waiting... More than a week later. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
