  • Tracked parcel into Deeragun PO last Monday. It is now Friday. Tracker merely says received by the PO on Monday and is in transit. I know that because I gave it to the PO. Poor tracking info after 5 days....

  • Poor tracking service. Arrives at Redbank then says next day transferred back to original destination. Called Aus Pist and informed still in Melbourne. Very bad service and misleading information.

  • Paid Express Pist charges for item delivery from Sydney to Melbourne. Sender organised outage on the day. Item had been sitting in Ferntree Gully Auspost centre since Thursday 22nd Feb. was told if not delivered by 8th March further investigation will take place. Auspost if you can’t offer a service don’t advertise it. Frustrated & disappointed in service… or lack of!
