Austpost claim to have attempted delivery of a registered satchel five working days after it was sent. After two days of phone calls and visits to four post office facilities the item is still not locatable. No card was left. Very dissatisfied.

Why are Australia Post please using the American date format month date year instead of the established version of day month year? Very confusing.

This registered letter has gone missing and was not recieved by the addressee despite Aust Post noting it was delivered at 11.07am on the 22/1/202. Please clarify
Tried to track a return , wouldn't accept my card , no further options , read same happened to first reviewer
It is a nightmare because firstly it is asking for card details which I have no reason to disclosed but regardless I provided it and didn’t accept and after all that no information provided to me. I only hope I don’t have to cancel another card. Just deliver the parcel for god sake
It has been a nightmare just to locate my package and to be sent back to me.
My parcel was sent from Alice Springs on Nov 22nd on its way to me in Brisbane. Tracking showed it arrived in Adelaide, then in transit to Brisbane. Then it went to Chullora NSW for some reason. Tracking stopped on Nov 29 th, nothing since and no parcel and today is Dec 14 th .
It becomes very difficult to track an express post envelope. Australia Post is more concentrated and have a great deal from different sites to track Parcels only. It use to be very easy and simple. I am very dissapointed. Tel. 0404834828
Still waiting on parcel posted 31st August now they want my address to deliver they know my address it has not changed and wanting more money to send it not good enough .
I have top rated Australia Post as with over 6000 parcels sent in the past, there honestly, has NOT been one hiccup. I would recommend them highly. All parcels have tracking and it is only a minority of people I guess where things do go wrong that are the quickest to complain. I have not been able to fault the system. It is so.... much quicker than road transport through privately owned companies. THANK YOU AUSTRALIA POST.
Why register mail when you can not find it.
I posted a parcel 21st October to France paying $78 for very little service from Aus Post to date parcel has not been delivered and following many calls and queries Aus Post failed miserably with varying reasons but not really interested in my plight
