  • PLEASE NOTE: I WAS FORCED TO CHECK A STAR IN ORDER TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW, even though negative stars were my choice. I believe the complete automation of this system has entirely destroyed any efficiency Canada Post ever had. The inability to connect with an actual human being and DISCUSS an issue - person to person, not "chat to chat", for resolution is beyond frustrating. (Seriously, even when you ask the chatbot to 'speak with a human' that human just runs on a script - not helpful). On top of dealing with automation, we have to pay ridiculous prices for the non-service!!! You want us to buy your boxes and weigh them ourselves to get a set price!!! Good Grief!! Why not put people back to work, restore some humanity, help the economy, create some actual communication with customers and restore a semblance of reliable service. If they can bring back brown paper bags at the grocery store, Canada Post should be able to bring back reliable service, don't you think???

  • I was told to take Telus equipment to Canada post for return to them… that was March 14 today is March 30 and still they have not registered this number for delivery!??!? Not even registered it?wtf? If Telus charges me for equipment that I returned per their instructions and Canada Post just throws it in the back I’m gonna be right up your butt with a blow torch! This is expensive equipment I returned but Telus has no knowledge…!what is wrong with you people?

  • Please take your job Serious we are on the one we paying your salary we work hard we deserve to get our mail on the right time the right address can you don’t post stuff I’m sorry to say that not all of them just take care about the finish the time they don’t care about the others mailed to be delivered read carefully the address when you deliver somebody’s parcel to another That it’s show you don’t care thank you
