Fastway Australia review by Helen Travers

Fastway what a joke. I have had 2 dealings with them now as the seller chose to send my purchases with them. First time parcel just lost noone could tell me where it was. Lucky I paid with PayPal and received my money back Second time we'll the delivery date just keeps extending out further and further. So far 8 days for what even Australia Post does in a day. How do you continue to exist with such poor reviews from everyone

  • Absolutely the worst company in every way. Took weeks to finally get courier tracing advice. Then repeatedly advising UNABLE TO DELIVER. No successful contact was Tried to pick up from depo no address provided. This item was essential and needed before the 15th Apr Definitely UNPROFESSIONAL. Still no Delivery, still no ability to get an answer from the company. O is way too good for you lot.

  • Useless company l will never use ever again 3 day postage is now day 6 and still no parcel absolutely disgusting service and communication fast way ?? Yea right ld hate to see the slow way Don’t use these clowns it is definitely a circus

  • there should be a 0 star option, it says my parcel has been 'delivered' when it clearly hasn't, always late, terrible service. gosh

  • It's been 3 days and not a peep from this courier company. Still says the device is not registered. How can it not be registered. The package must have been picked up by the courier. Did they forget to scan it in.
