  • Had my parcel since 17th December and no tracking info . I have purchased many times from overseas and delivery more reliable than buying local. Don't know why businesses risk losing their reputations using unreliable couriers.

  • Hopless! I was informed my parcel would be delivered 20th December, didnt turn up. Tracking said it was at dandenong depot 21st December no update since then. This was a christmas present, I doubt I'll get it in time for Christmas 2020. How about an update.I sent an email asking about the where abouts of my parcel still no response.

  • Always take 2-3 weeks to deliver, tracking is not up to date and don’t respond to email queries until after the item has been delivered! Would never use them!

  • Multiple attempts to email and no response apart from automated messages in over a week. Courier left a calling card which advised to check new tracking number that evening for pick up location - yet no location provided online in 2 days.

  • Winit formally Fastway couriers which has had my parcel for over a week and no tracking information since they picked up the item in Sydney and then they won't you to spend nearly a hour on the phone to give you the same information about the shipping as you already know I wonder if winit couriers obtained Fastway couriers cheap because of all the bad feedback Would not recommend any one using them I wasn't happy with the company I ordered from when I was informed of the tracking information

  • I think their current 1.59 is extremely over estimated! Thoroughly disgusted. Carton should have been delivered 16th December. Tracking says in transit and has done since 6th December. Package contained Christmas presents which is why we chose courier in the first place. Site is asking me to rate, have to hit 1 star because they don’t have a minus!!!

  • This is the second time this month I am waiting over 2 weeks for an item to be delivered from Sydney to Sydney. It says picked up over 10 days ago and still no delivery. Looks like my grandchild will miss out on his Christmas present if it doesn't come today. I will not deal with anyone if they have Fastway as their courier service in the future.
