Literally poor service. EE690183181GB my tracking number. Its more than 20 days and i hav'nt recieved my parcel yet...

Parcel Force tried to deliver a parcel. I was out. They didn’t leave a calling card. They tried next day when I was also out. Left a card saying it would be at post office for collection. I never had the opportunity to have it delivered another day. As it will now be very difficult for me to collect a heavy parcel and walk up an extremely steep hill to my home. What sort of service is this!!!

Sent a parcel with parcel force on the 8 th of January for my granddaughter birthday which is on the 23 February it is now 11 th of March and it is still not there I exactly paid extra insurance for this parcel I send to Iceland a lot but never had trouble like this before so anyone who is thinking of using this company please think again I will never use them I is nothing but a waste of money and time it might get there for next year for her birthday joke of the century this company

I was waiting for my delivery from Costco.co.uk for a week but not showed up thought their tracking issued as out for delivery for 5 days. Poor service and kept lying everyday. Finally I have to cancel my online order

Waiting on medical equipment tried to deliver to the wrong address and late

I posted my tracked parcel on the 18th Nov at a cost of £78 due delivery 27th Nov It was initially delivered to the wrong country it is now the 8th Dec and has still not arrived at its destination, I have been advised by a parcel force to claim compensation within 30 Days! Ever the optimist I’m still hoping it will reach its destination before Christmas!

Sent a parcel to South Africa and tried to locate it with your app, was charged a pound for which I got a pin on a map with all the info blurred out, what a way to get peoples money, as if you don't pay enough already.

Paid £12.45 for express 24 hour delivery, 80 hours later it has still not arrived and we don’t know where it is

At least poor service is a constant with parcelforce. Handed over parcel at post office printed barcode for tracking ( on receipt) 21 hours later not in system. Pathetic

Parcelforce have never damaged any of the parcels I have sent, and never failed to deliver on time.

My experience with Parcelforce was okay, I guess. The package arrived eventually, but it was a day later than expected. The driver didn't leave it in the designated safe place like I requested, so I had to trek to the post office to pick it up.

I don't know what's going on with Parcelforce lately, but they're really dropping the ball. My package was delayed twice and when it finally did arrive, the box was damaged and the contents were broken. Not cool.

What a disaster. I was waiting for my package all day and it never showed up. When I called customer service, they said the driver had tried to deliver it but couldn't find my address. How can they not find my address?!
