Wow, I'm impressed! I needed my package urgently and Parcelforce came through for me. The driver even left it with my neighbor when I wasn't home, so I didn't have to wait around all day. Great service!

Sent a parcel to South Africa and tried to locate it with your app, was charged a pound for which I got a pin on a map with all the info blurred out, what a way to get peoples money, as if you don't pay enough already.

At least poor service is a constant with parcelforce. Handed over parcel at post office printed barcode for tracking ( on receipt) 21 hours later not in system. Pathetic
