  • I would put 0 if it was an option. After wasting my time yesterday being hung up on repeatedly by your automated system and also attempting repeatedly to provide my address and buzzer number with your chat, I still received a notice on my mailbox today saying they couldn’t deliver. When calling the number on the slip, hung up on again. No answer and no service. Disgusted!

  • It was a great service for my business. It is now more trouble than ever. I do not use a cell phone and the drop off will not phone even track a number. Purolator's tracking often lists Red Deer instead of Rocky Mtn. House

  • Terrible service....I have to drive 45 minutes to pick up parcel which should have been delivered to my home.....all other delivery services deliver to my home Fed Ex ,Muskoka and so on...I would out in 0 rating but I can't...not happy

  • What a joke. Package picked up dec7 in Hamilton they took it to Toronto (it’s going to Cambridge) on lost it (a 15”x15” box). Still waiting for it dec10. Doe sent look like it’s moved from Toronto according to the tracking number

  • Amazon order shipped Nov. 29. On Dec. 8 Purolator tracking shows nothing beyond that date. I will ask Amazon to send future shipments by dog sled via the north pole. I guarantee the parcel will arrive on time or at least show where the heck it is!

  • Waiting 5 days. First day the driver drove past our house and then said he couldn't find our address. We live on a main street, duh. The Amazon and Skip the dishes drivers have no problem. Day 5 the status is out for delivery, bull crap.

  • Apparently drivers can't read addresses and drop off parcels where it is convienient for them. Refunds should be issued for such poor service. I would rate their service - 5 stars if I could

  • Paid for next day delivery didn't show up next day. They won't give me my money back for same day delivery. I wouldn't use this company if it was my only choice.
