Paid for residential delivery. Was supposed to be delivered on March 27th 2022, it's two weeks I've been waiting for no signature delivery I'm still waiting for the company advice when my stuff will actually be delivered. Spoke to three people at R&L never got a call back.

  • My package was left at neighbors on same property. I had put trailer for it to be delivered at .Now I have to figure out how to get it to my house

  • I purchased a 125cc dirt bike on Amazon. I received it 2 days before expected. I would have had it 3 days before , had rnl been aware i lived on a dead end rd. They figured it out. The next day it was delivered in a smaller vehicle.I inspected and opened the package , no dammage.Not a bad experience for a bi coastal delivery. Way better then usps . No bracelets hahaha

  • After ordering my front bumper cover from an online parts store, I received a text from R+L with an appointment date and time. You have the option to accept or choose another time. I accepted since the date and time they had picked worked good for me. They gave me a 4 hour window which I felt was more than reasonable in today's insane world. My bumper arrived on the correct date and 2 hours into the 4 hour window almost on the nuts. The driver offered to help lift it into my house and stuck around until I had opened and confirmed I had the right part and that it wasn't damaged. All in all very satisfied.

  • Failed to deliver when they said and the manager on duty would not help I had to go to the dock at 6:30pm to pick up my shipment
