  • Deliverer was friendly and helpful. I thought I would be getting threshold delivery and instead got delivery to the parking lot/my detached garage (which has happened to me one other time in the 16 years I’ve lived in this condo) BUT it is possible that that is what they were supposed to do and my expectations were out of line. One star off because they did not call me until they were there and they showed up hours early. Somewhere between when I ordered it and when it was delivered the time frame was dropped from the order. Luckily the person who was going to sign for it was there, but I didn’t receive any warning and it caught us all off guard.

  • Horrible horrible horrible! My delivery has been at the local terminal awaiting delivery for a week and it still isn't going to go out for several more days from what they tell me! First, I was provided incorrect tracking info... then they email me and tell me that they are investigating the lack of movement after arriving at the delivery terminal. I'm a mother stranded because it's a transmission going to the shop where my vehicle has been sitting for at least 2 weeks waiting on the transmission. And then they can never reach anyone at my local terminal!!!

  • A positive review. My package was delivered on time, with no damage. The person at the customer service center was polite, professional and had a good personality. The driver made a courtesy call when about 1/2 an hour out. Not much to say except Thank You, good job.

  • The tracking is horrible. All I want to know is about what time the package will arrive. It’s very large and I need to make arrangements. It can not be delivered after business hours. What a headache. When you call No one knows anything. Just tells you the same thing you see on tracking. When they left terminal.

  • I had absolutely zero issues with this delivery company. I purchased a 77" OLED TV Friday 2 timezones away and it was delivered exactly between the delivery window one week later. Delivery driver was very professional and knew what he was doing. The tilt detector showed no signs of tilting and the shipping wrap seemed well in tact and unharmed. A+ all around.

  • We are guaranteed delivery for bunzl on Thursday yet when saia gets out pickup,they cannot seem to deliver until Saturday or Monday. This is ridiculous when we have supplies in this delivery that are needed for customers orders. This trucking company should not even been in business
