Absolutely incompetent. First they said the signature was required but in fact, I was home the entire time. Then they told me it would be delivered the next business day and it was not. Then it was supposed to be delivered the next business day and it was not. Then I called their customer service two times and they said they could not find the address even though Apple and Google maps has no problem locating my home. Then they told me it would be delivered on Saturday which it was not. I never have a problem with prime Amazon. I will just do all of my shopping from there from now on. UPS is simply too stupid.
You can't log into the web site. And they dont seem to know where my package is half the time
Tracked my package and states that driver made 3 attempts. But only one. Can not recommend.

Overnight shipping took 23 days to be delivered--horrible service on the website as well as going down to the UPS store where they couldn't slash wouldn't help me track it or file a claim-perhaps UPS does a good job most the time but this experience was horrendous

Absolutely the worst delivery service on the planet. I had to tell them my package had already been returned to the seller after the person tried to tell me in Swahili that it was on its way. I dont speak that language. Morons
Just checked to see where my package was, and was surprised that it is out for delivery a day early, that's awesome.
Improper parking of the UPS car today made the garbage truck unable to pick up the bin. When we asked the driver to move the car, she didn't care at all and started unloading her box’s.
I think our mail service is fantastic but I don't use UPS very often but in this case I had to ship a huge check across the country and they wanted the safety of UPS tracking Unfortunately they couldn't give me a straight answer after 3 weeks even though this was overnight shipping To follow up on the claim with a nightmare between the computer system not being able to process my claim and going back to the UPS store they couldn't help me and then the phone numbers they gave me never worked so it was a complete nightmare Hopefully this is an anomaly but it just shows you when something goes wrong customer service sometimes disappears
