Very bad costumer service
Last parcel I was supposed to receive never arrived and when I called customer service they said it was my fault because I wasn't home and never answered the door. At the time my wife was at home on maternity leave and never left home and I left specific instructions for getting to my apartment and the delivery driver never even attempted to enter the building. They then left a garbled message about leaving it at a convenience store which I eventually figured out was a local UPS drop-off site, which I visited every single day for 3 months after my package was supposedly delivered and they had never received it. Subsequent calls to UPS then had a customer service representative tell me that I, the person calling them to ask where my package was, had refused to accept it and barred the delivery drivers entry to my apartment, both of which were lies. All in all my experience with UPS has been negative with every package either arriving late or never arriving at all so I would not recommend UPS for any shipping or receiving services at all and would instead recommend literally any other international postal service as they actually try to get you your package and cooperate when they make a mistake instead of blaming you for their mistakes.

I don’t know what is wrong with the delivery service my package has arrived Nigeria but they will never bring it to me. For weeks now and it’s just sitting in one place they customers service number will never go through if I had known I would have used DHL that’s more reliable.
Nothing from ups is shipped when it's says, is ever on time and I pay to ship express. If you can't deliver say so, stop, in transit by two days late.
I ordered clothes from Cotton on April 18th and as of right now i haven’t received anything and i have no info for when it’ll arrive
NO HANDICAP OR SENIOR facilities, line has to be done at outside entrance, sin, rain and no place were to seat for a hour, only ene person taking care of the office. I got 20 people in. front of me. Once inside I will request to talk to the office manager to inform this animality.

I ordered an item from Nordstrom on May 8, 2022 and as of today May 15 I still have not received my parcel and have no information as to when I might receive it.
I lost my parcel and got no help from UPS. Tracking said delivered but I did not receive. And I lost important document. !!!! Will Never use this service in future. !!!!
