I was there on a very busy Saturday. There were only two representatives working the windows. One worker was assisting a customer with many, many envelopes that had to each be individually weighed therefore taking quite a long time. This left one worker, Mary, to handle the long line. She kept composed, was courteous and was extremely efficient. Kudos to her for a job well done.

  • I mailed package Priority Mail from Hoover Post Office 4-16-2024. It was supposed to arrive 4-18-2024. As of 4-20-2024 , it had just made it to downtown Birmingham (4 days just to get there ). Then 2 more days 4-22-2024 to get to Knoxville. Still not in Johnson City where it should have been 8 days ago. I wouldn't have paid Priority if yall were gonna f*** around about timely delivery.

  • Unfortunately the USPS service is not good, a package with a tracking number was marked as delivered in my home mailbox and I was at home and I never received it. I made the claim but there is no investigation.

  • In the future you may want to avoid Florida. A 3 day delivery from Georgia to North Dakota. Has spent 3 days bouncing around Florida and has yet to go north at all. Plus they are predicting 2 more days. Doesn't make sense.

  • My package was mailed off on 4/1/24. Still hadn’t made it to where it’s suppose to go. It’s 3 weeks later. This is unacceptable

  • I sent a certified letter on Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. it needed to travel 60 miles from one town in New Jersey to another. Today is Sunday and it is still in transit.
