  • I have been mailing priority mail flat rate boxes all over the US for years. They have always been on time or early and in damaged. They are always delivered to the correct location. Tracking is very easy online. You can even sign up for notifications and know exactly when they’re delivered. Some of the problems that people have are that USPS has been delivering Amazon and other carrier packages since the pandemic, since Amazon does not have enough people. Considering the volume that the post office handles, and the rates that they charge not sure why people complain. Maybe I’ll have a different review tomorrow if my package due on the second goes missing….. day-to-day mail service, not the best. I often get neighbors mail and they get my mail, not sure why.

  • Was supposed to get my package last Friday and a week has passed and it still says “in transit to next facility” I need it ASAP!!!!

  • My package was in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 24th. My package was in San Francisco, CA on February 28th. I live in Decatur, Indiana. What is wrong with this picture? Here it is, February 29th and I still don't have my package. Probably won't for another week, if ever. Zero stars that's my rating.
