Frustrated
Why bother with text updates if the text isn't accurate. Received package delivered alert for a package that is supposed to be delivered today. I've been home ALL day, mail ran I checked it only to find that my package is NOT here. Get it together.

Package should have been received by Friday. I sent it Tuesday. It’s still in last location. I could have drove it myself in an hour and 30 minutes.

I send a parcel to Mauritius on May 22 and was told it will reach its destination in 6 to 10 business days and now it's 14 days and we couldn't even track the parcel. In the parcel there is a very important wedding gift.
