I just submitted a bad review, tapped “1” which I thought was the worst; the response was awesome when the Denver distribution centers have many problems. So with this I will tap “5” assuming 5 is the worst.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE SEEN IN ALL MY LIFE. They where rude, didnt want to work, and very disorganized. The woman at the frontal desk didnt want to look up the info and treated me so indiferent. I have all the patience in the world but this people are something else. If you are going to give a service like this, its way better to not offer it at first. The only thing that works are the p.o box. Im going to tell everyone the tipe of service they gave me so no one makes the same mistake as me. Unbelievable. Really. Such a shame.
Tried to check on two packages and the app does not work. Wish their system was like the FedEx and UPS apps that is easier to get info.on your packages. Not a friendly app they have.
Priority mail $16 still hasn’t arrived five days later!!!

Horrible delivery and tracking service. My Amazon package was to arrive at my friend’s house on Monday today is Friday and all they say is delivery is delayed. Doesn’t show or say where the package is other than it left Georgia. 8 days ago! If the USPS wasn’t run by the government, that business would’ve been run into the ground years ago. Once again, very disappointed with service and lack of information.
