Parcel was ordered through the range website. They used 3rd party courier Yodel. Well after alot of hassle and guess what suddenly the tracking said parcel delivered. So I contacted webchat again. Aditi says it was on van this morning. Removed for sone reason. Then checked with driver he says deliveted to my address to someone called D Jones. Well I have not lived at another address and no one has ever rented or stayed at our home. Told them never heard of him. Told them we have cameras do do all the neighbours. Would not send proof. I told them it is theft by their driver. Well Aditi decided not to transfer me to the manager and instead ended the webchat. Guilty. I do not care fir there investigation at all. So zero star I have requestef a refund now from the range. So I can purchase else where.
Worst delivery service
Avoid! Waited four days for a collection. Still not arrived. Tried every form of communication going!

This place is the worst delivery service I’ve ever came across parcel says it’s been delivered yet I have not received try to get hold of someone and all you get is an automated system that does nothing to help whatsoever never have I ever had a problem free delivery from Hermes no wonder they change there name with the shit reputation they got everything either turns up broken or doesn’t turn up at all I rate this place a 0 U.K. government should kick them out of the country
Carnt find tracking number , been told it’s been delivered! It has not , left a card however isn’t filled in properly and isn’t any info on it whether you will try to deliver it again Ever time I use yodel there has always been a problem ! Awful service !

Not easy to to track my parcel. I gave up in the end . Totally useless
Awful Awful service. I was emailed and texted that both parcels had arrived and sent through letter box. Me looking around and asking neighbours no where to be found to then be told they never was delivered. I’m now currently chasing another parcel but had the live web chat ended on me as I could not find my JJD000 and left to ask ASOS for the refund. Terrible will not use these for delivery nor click and collect no more.

Absolutely shocking service I've seen other comments on here saying takes too long for deliveries and it's only does also tracking information is not up-to-date I agree absolutely rubbish company would not recommend and I definitely wouldn't be sending anything through yodel.

Dreadful service been waiting for a week for the slats on new bed.Bed been up 6 nights and everyday promising to deliver.Excuse can't find property.Everyone else can.Why don't the delivery man phone when he's near they got my no.Ridiculous.Too lazy to get out of van.When I buy something again I've had such a bad experience I'll be asking seller if they be delivering and if yes I'll be buying off someone that doesn't use them.This is the 3rd time I've had trouble with them.Send your drivers on a refreshing customer service course yodle along with the depot manager and also a common sense course too.Im livid.If I don't get parcel today I'm contacting seller again to send slats out and NOT to use you.Cant find property ha.Youve delivered the frame a week ago.Idiots.Now try delivering the slats.Excuses all the time with you
