Dreadful service been waiting for a week for the slats on new bed.Bed been up 6 nights and everyday promising to deliver.Excuse can't find property.Everyone else can.Why don't the delivery man phone when he's near they got my no.Ridiculous.Too lazy to get out of van.When I buy something again I've had such a bad experience I'll be asking seller if they be delivering and if yes I'll be buying off someone that doesn't use them.This is the 3rd time I've had trouble with them.Send your drivers on a refreshing customer service course yodle along with the depot manager and also a common sense course too.Im livid.If I don't get parcel today I'm contacting seller again to send slats out and NOT to use you.Cant find property ha.Youve delivered the frame a week ago.Idiots.Now try delivering the slats.Excuses all the time with you

Not happy with the service. Two days in a row they have taken my parcel back to the post office and left a note saying I wasn’t home. Even though I was in the house the second day and they didn’t knock.

Delivery still not made. Two days in a row saying they missed me. I was either at home or had a BIG NOTE on my front door telling them where to put the delivery. Totally unacceptable service. I needed this delivery by today.

Got incorrect delivery details, no delivery came .got message saying you couldn't deliver and card was left. This was a lie.
