Royal Mail's delivery service is hit or miss for me. Sometimes they're spot on with their delivery times, other times my package ends up at the wrong address. It's a mixed bag.

  • 3rd May posted parcel with tracking option from Armagh (NI) to Clonmel Co Tipperary 8th May Tracking at Customs said Parcel to be returned to me as Post Office filled Form incorrectly. No parcel returned to me to date

  • I posted a small package on 13/5/24. This was posted 24hr delivery. I have just tracked the package and the package is due to be delivered on 16/5/24. So much for paying for 24hr service. I will be using alternative couriers from now on. Absolutely disgraceful service.

  • Been waiting since last week 7th but by the 10th Sky had resend new parcel as previous one had been misplaced so now the parcel was meant to be here yesterday 13th but you sent me a email and text apologising saying it went to your Beckley heath depo but you was sending it out straight away to my address 29 The Limes Milton Keynes Mk2 2Jn. I have not received any update since this morning even though I have been trying to track it track number FJ221141565GB. Please could someone help me

  • Very poor services . They just delivered my letter to Canada instead of USA . They delivered to another country. They will not assist me to get my letter delivered to the right address.
