Very very worst service, professional courier that name is not Suitable for your services

I have not received the above courier tapal. It is not my signature. Where it has been delivered? Take immediate action. Very urgent. Please send the mobile number of the person who has delivered the courier to a wrong person or it's a false delivery.

Change the company name from Professional courier to Unprofessional courier, such a pathetic service and customer care service is worst, I have sent a courier on 7-05-2024 they said it will be delivered in 2 days still not recived it's alredy 11-05-2024 after contacting the customer care they are saying at receiver area company is closed how did u sent an package, my question is how did u people accepted an package when it is closed now I need to travell 40km to collect the package after paying Rs.950/- such a worst service

Its operation is just opposite to its name. I am astonished to experience such an UNPROFESSIONAL Courier Company. I pity the Sellers, who use this courier company.

The worst service i came across. I dont know how this company is running. Branch officers are not responsive. Reached my consignment in Hyderabad on 5th of may but still (09/05/24) not reached to me. It is like "La waris" service no one is there to response, you get irritated doing so many calls and getting no response. I have written so many abusing words in my review but they keep deleting thats why i wrote this without any abusing word. If anyone know how to take this case to consumer court pls let me know.

I needed some medicines from Ulhasnagar for my ailing spouse. The parcel was booked for delivery at Calangute Goa. But it is still not delivered

Third class service. Parcel don't have received but show message dispatched before 3 days.

Just by giving name professional courier you will not become professional, no update on tracking of consignment, no response to calls and when pick the call they are asking me to collect it from their warehouse. From Mumbai to Hyderabad 7 days still not reached. Ma ki choot tumhari

Within 50kms of surrounding too much of delivery time taken by the company . On 06.05.24 booked from salem steelplant to sankagiri yet not delivered even after 08.04.24 crossed

Without delivering the parcel they submit as delivered.. this is really disgusting. They don't even call the receiver.
