  • -zero what real is the issue with this company, are they just taking the item that they want? No one should pay for their items to not be delivered. And the computer that hangs up on you this is a management issue they must treat their workers really bad, for them to do such a poor job, I recommend the staff go back to school so they can work for a better company.

  • Automation system will not let me speak with a live person. Chart claims that my package has been all over literally Southern California in the past 24 hours, including Arizona and Utah. Nothing to indicate the package is heading East to drop off location.

  • If I could give this company a big fat ZERO I would! Times have moved on but not it seems with FedEx. I would expect to see a window with a time of arrival done by text. I would have expected to see how many deliveries the driver was dropping that day and what number he had got to. I would have expected that when I rearranged the delivery to a specific day the package would have arrived. Apparently it’s only ‘a request’!!!!! I waited in all day and yet again no delivery. This company is stuck in the last century. It needs to update its IT systems urgently if it is to survive. My recommendation to all account holders isn’Do t wast your money’. Choose another provider! There are many other options available. All of which I suspect are much cheaper and far more reliable too! FedEx are simply rubbish all round!

  • Not even a 1... it's so frustrating to have a package arrive so late. Then on top of that, the tracking isn't kept updated. Really want the stuff I ordered, and like the products, just hate the shipping

  • Priority overnight. We were home all day. Driver never came to the door. He stuck a “ sorry we missed you sticky” on our fence. I called and driver was to come back. Still no driver. Most of the time the driver leaves our stuff on the ground by the back fence. Unbelievable. I would also like to add we had 5 vehicles here and a crew working on out house. Ridiculous…….. do better FEDEX.
