Estimated date Waz on 24-27but I didn't get my parcel, poor service

Your Service is very poor. I've been patient for long. It's been 4 weeks without my parcel

Aramex admin is extremely bad, I’ve waited from Thursday 21 October for any update on my parcel. I still haven’t received an invoice for customs, last year I’ve struggled for 2 weeks to get the invoice after I’ve made various calls and send emails. Buffalo logistics system is excellent I’ve received my package within two weeks, but with Aramex it’s been two weeks and there is no new updates. This is extremely frustrating.

Worse company ever

My parcel has been with aramex from 14 October until to date we haven't received any correspondence, even after we have done folownups.We were just informed on 22 Oct via sms that we must pay 890 for clearance indent know why so much but we did pay and then no communication afterwards

When can I expect my parcel

Bad services no call from driver or any movement of the parcel

Bad service and late delivery I don't like it

Drop parcel on Friday 22 Oct 2021 .. Still not received in Petrusville.. To pay extra R20 for waybill is also redicculous. 13 00 26 Oct 3021.
