I never had an issue with Aramex in the past, but I don't know what the hell is happening with them this year. I sent my package on Tuesday, on Thursday morning it said it's on its way to its final destination, it's now 24hrs past that and it's still on its way to its final destination and it's to another city, not province. So why it takes more than 24hrs to make it to the next city, I don't understand.

My package has been sent on 06.02.21 its been sitting at pietermaritzburg sorting facility since 11.02.21 (8:20)it shouldve been here on wednessday already??poor service aramex(wish you had 0 star rating)

Aramex use to take one day for a parcel to be delivered, now its taking 2 - 3 days , its not worth it , totally disappointed

It lied on the website that says the package will be delivered in 72 hours, it's been a week now and I'm still waiting for my package. I contacted aramex headquarters and my package was said to be on the way..still up to this day I haven't received my package. I'm about to take legal action, this is unacceptable

It has taken over 10 days for an article from Pietermaritzburg to reach Welkom and as I write this review about your terrible service the parcel still hasn't arrived. One star rating is too much.

One would expect such a big company to be top notch when it comes to deliveries and communicating with their customers but they lack that. I've received a SMS from Aramex the week before informing of the time my parcel will arrive but that time came and passed. I have been calling their call centre to try and find out what's going on but only to be told the same thing all over and over again. Looks like the customer service reps don't know either on what's going on within the company which is completely ridiculous for such a huge company. I'm so disappointed.
