I'm still waiting for my parcel

the estimated delivery has passed and still I haven't received my parcel and i called the customer service and they said on Thursday it will be delivered and if its not delivered today , what must i do?

Their service is very bad sheim my parcel has been in Transit since 01-04-2024 nothing changed even last year i waited for my parcel for two weeks

I sent a parcel to pretoria last year June, they never got the parcel.

Hello ..... I'm loosing the hope now for Aramex courier service, guys you have a poor service I don't wanna lie , how long does your delivery takes because now I'm thinking to take some other steps to deal with you. You guys promised me that my parcel on the date we are it will be delivered, but still it's not been delivered, it's been 3 weeks now . What's wrong with you and your agents . So if I don't get anything today or tomorrow I will go to police station maybe that is where you tell us what's went wrong.
