Iv bin waiting for my parcel since monday da 25th.When I called to track it on da 26th I was told it was in Nelspruit I will get it bu the 28th then today on the 2nd december im told a different story,that parcels do get lost n Nelspruit branch never received my hair.Even now I dont know where my parcel is n no 1 is giving me a solution

Can aramex please send the recipient a waybill as well or a notification so that we can also confirm the address for delivery. My parcel was delivered somewhere else as a result of that the sender did not give me a waybill and still now I don't know what's happening to my parcel.
