  • Got a expensive parcel with my medication in it sent from the chemist, the post office lost it , apparently it’s my fault it never arrived and my 400$ in costs is on my , wow what a disgrace.

  • I wrote the wrong address on the parcel. Just the street name was wrong. But the phone numbers of both sender and receiver were clearly written on the parcel, so why did they not ring and check the adress!? Now I still don't know where it is or why they sent it to Victoria, then back to Brisbane and then back to Vistoria again...

  • Except for the original P.O. here in Chatham, N.S.W. Australia Post is not helping me to locate two (2) registered letters addressed to Sunnybank in Queensland. The first letter was posted at Chatham late in April, the second posted on May 17, 2024. The first one I was informed by Tim from Aust. Post that it reached North Gate sorting centre, today I have just tried to track the second letter & received the fact that it hasn't been registered yet. It's just not good enough for a big organization like yourselves, that works out to be twenty (20) days overdue. Both letters were of a very sensitive & important nature & so where are they please? They were both in orange envelopes as they were too large to put into a small one, they had the correct stamps x2 & were registered, so I have done all the correct things & your company has let me down. Tim informed me also that I would receive fifteen dollars ($15) for compensation, for the first letter posted. As yet no apology & no compensation has come forth, & even that does not fix the problem. If I do not receive confirmation of one of the letters or both having reached Sunnybank Post Office I am going to take further action.Yours faithfully, Sheryl Perry.   • I posted a document envelope with highly personal information on 16/4/24, registered and express and it is still no where to be found. It has travelled up and down the coast and still going. I want it found or destroyed as i do not want this information to get into the wrong hands,

  • Posted a parcel,at express rate,expecting next day delivery,but alas,still here in Adelaide,a week later,this service is somewhat lacking in "basic customer service", says a lot for an urgent request,does it not ?????

  • I had the same problem with it saying not registered, then I used capital letters in tracking number and it worked fine ?? But they do not tell you this when trying to locate your package .
