Very professional service. Delivery done even before the expected date.

If I could give a lower rating I would gladly, this site used to give details on the whereabouts of your package, now it just indicates it was accepted at the postal outlet...I know it was accepted I dropped it off and posted it?

Just terrible service, complete failure to keep up with technology or competition. Complete failure as a company.

Wow, this is very terrible customer service. It was mailed November 19. The original delivery was Dec 2. Then Dec 6. Now the 24 of December . Really? The customer service for information is undescribably the worst you can imagine

I've been using Canada Post for years such an improvement in delivery with last two packages however no updates since Dec 1 for other two packages different destination

If i could rate a negative number i would. You will get more service out of virtually any other vendor

Terrible service, paid for the premium 2 day express shipping and took 5 days to reach destination. Unacceptable.

They even didnot try to contact my unit number.

The tracking has never been helpful. It always says its been processed, but never gives you more than that. I get it, things happen that cause delays, but the tracking is so unhelpful that it is a waste of the customer and CP employee's time.

No update yet nov.29 it says it's in Delta b.c. did not receive yet until now.

Parcel has a tracking number but five days will soon be gone by and nothing is showing up on the Canada Post system. I can only hope the parcel will get there and very poor processing effort thus far so one star is more than they deserve!!!!
