Said item was delivered but wasn’t in my mailbox

Parcel sitting in Missauga since Nov 29! How long does it take to get to Woodbridge? Not acceptable with rates we pay.

Zero stars would be more accurate. Horrible customer service and missing, broken or damaged parcels!

Reduced hours during month of Christmas, mail not getting sorted at local post office for several days. Pay extra for shipping and it doesn’t get there any faster.

Fast delivery. I had no problems mailing within my province. Will use again :)

You haven't been able to update where my parcel is since the 24th of November!!!! That's PATHETIC!!!! It only going from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland!!! I wanted it there for the 4th of December for my grandbaby 's birthday party!!!! Damn it all

Terrible service!! Lost 2 birth certificates and the third birth certificate has been sitting in Richmond Bc since November 25th. I am so disappointed in Canada post! Always excuses no one cares!!!!!

Tried tracking parcel, tracking info was 2 days old wow way to go.

I used canada post .paid 60 dollars for a sheet of paper to be delivery in 3 days that was nov 5, 2021. Still waiting for it. Dec 2 2021. Worst service ever. Thanks canada

Extremely sluggish service ..... Fedex, DHL, UPS, Purolatore etc are way (and i really mean way) faster than these guys. Senders give your biz a chance by avoiding PC ... Nightmare is a polite term !
