A package was shipped to me from canada tu usa. On the website they said the item arrived in usa since september 17. Until now october 12 it has not been delevered to my adress. I am so disappointed .

Airmail a registered letter to Shanghai on September 14 in Toronto, didn't leave Mississauga until Sept 28. Letter still not arrived and tracking was almost useless. App is down most of the time. Hope the letter is not lost!
