  • I understand Covid-19 has presented new challenges but Canada Post needs to find ways to adjust to heavy volumes and workplace social distancing. Snail mail has taken on a whole knew meaning.

  • Every one at canada post needs to be fired and any new ones hired should be paid by piece work instead of hourly or salary. The company would not have to pay anything because they do not do anything at the best of times now that they can blame covid they do even less. A parcel left Montreal June 3rd and still has not been scanned at another facility - like honestly. The horse back mail carriers managed things better than modern day

  • Every time I order something and Canada post is the only option for it, the package doesnt arrive until 2 months later, I ordered last on may 15 and it says it won't be here till July 15 at the earliest, tracking information shows the package hasn't moved since the 20th of may

  • Canada Post is a disgrace. Too often I have had parcels go missing, marked as delivered but not at my address. Or parcels sitting at the sorting station not moving or being scanned. If Canada Post can not or will not improve its service then perhaps it’s time to shut them down.

  • My pkg left Mississauga June 2. Guaranteed delivery by June 5th. Today is the 12th...no delivery of my package. Postman just left. Horrendous service and I'm extremely unsatisfied with your "service"
