This is a sloppy tracking service. Lacks details and should provide clarification on if the item could not be dropped off and is at the post office. Also it should tell you which location the item is currently at

Over paid rude and lazy

Service is garbage. Opening a ticket with them is useless.

Delivered both packages quickly and affordabilly.

I love that I sent my mom her birthday card from Vancouver to Edmonton. I paid $15 to get there in 2 days. A week after it didn't arrive, I tracked it, only to find it was still at my local post office 1 block away.

Some of the worst most inefficient service I've ever received. What did it matter? It's the government, nothing will improve and there is no other options.

Canada Post Never Honours 2 day shippping even when u actually pay 14 bucks for two day shipping. I hate Canada post

I went online to do tracking parcels and it doesn’t g any further than Stoney Creek December 28th 2019

Ordered a part out of states & their tracking system was so accurate & informative ! Gets to Canada no idea were it has ended up ... Crappiest tracking system , think a homing pigeon would be faster

Horrible service I've had items lost and never recovered with horrible customer service and very slow delivery

Dec 31 I had a package shipped priority( $63 for 2 day shipping)from Evansburg Alberta to my location( 6hr drive ) . Even with new yrs day and the weekend the package was supposed to arrive today( Jan 6 ). As of 3pm the online tracking says it still in transit from Edmonton and my post office hasn’t received it.
