Shabby service, unreliable. Not a service I could , under any circumstance , recommend. Should be held accountable when it fails to deliver as per agreement.

Shipped twice with canada post. First one paid $280 for Express 3 day shipping, took 11 days for it to arrive. Second time shipped 3 items and they lost one, they say it is on the way now but who knows if it really is. Customer service is terrible and have zero answers or any knowledge to help you!

I recently have not found tracking services very good I have a package on the way for a week and it has not been updated yet and had another that I recieved that had tracking but was never updated from where it left til it got to me thanks

I have had too many disappointments. Agents seem to enjoy telling lies to customers about delivery dates. Service is very poor and very unreliable. Needs alot of improvement.

Sent item out on the 17th delivered the 22 took 5 days!!Now still waiting for b return of item.

I have consistently used Canada Post to deliver small and large items. I have never experienced any problem at all.

I brought a parcel to Cananda Post in Canadian Tire, Sault Ste.Marie on Mon, late afternoon and the last update was the 23rd...why is this???

On October 16th, I paid $27.75 to send an item to Upstate New York. As of October 25th, it has not been delivered. This is not the level of service your company offered to provide.

I know it sucks. They can take a parcel from out in the boonies and Kendall Ontario and have it in Halifax for 5 a.m. but can't get that same parcel one hour down the highway in kentfield in time for the place to close today. It's really bites now I have to wait till Monday. At least...
