  • Every item that comes to me via "Fast"way, and I do use the name sarcastically, takes soooooooo very long. I think there is something basically wrong with their processes. Worst courier I know. Would give zero stars by not an option unfortunately.

  • Expected delivery date : Jan 25 Checked delivery status on Jan 26 to find out that my item was already sent back to the sender. Without any communication they delivered on Jan. 19. Right now I am still waiting for my refund... I lost all my trust in this company.

  • The worst ever experienced in my life, deserves minus stars, but it’s not possible to rate that way I was in home, but they thought I wasn’t, didn’t even left a calling card or the address of the parcel connect agent What a great user friendly company and customer service , it’s like a slap to the customer to never use Fastway again May be WORSTWAY is more suitable And no thanks
