  • They claim attepted delivery, no one home and left card. Rubbish.. i was home all day and no card left. Spent all day trying to call melb office but busy line. Got through the next day and arranged redelivery. Didnt arrive and still waiting

  • It's been over 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my parcel from Sydney. Did tracking and it's still at the depot. Rang them .. no answer! Emailed them, got a message back saying they would look into it and they would get back to me in a couple of days .. that was four days ago. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

  • There were 8 people at our address this morning and the courier still could not walk down the path to ring the door bell or knock on the door to deliver our parcel Each time I have had something being delivered through Fastway, we have the same issue. When I ordered my item through eBay and it said it would be delivered via Fastaway Couriers, I knew this would happen. The fact that the seller had such high ratings swayed my decision whether to buy through them or not! There is seriously something wrong with your courier service! Perhaps you new company motto should be... ‘If you DON’T want parcels delivered to your door, call Fastway Couriers!’

  • It surprises me that this company is still in business, every other company have delivered in less than a week and one was from overseas..My second parcel has been in transit for nearly three weeks now. Customer service are the same they never get back to you to tell you where your parcel is .. The first package took them two weeks to deliver and someone was home but they didn't even knock on the door. Not even worth one rate star!!!

  • Terribly terribly slow 9 times out of 10 you need to ring the courier and chase your item up. Otherwise they simply leave it on board ! The company needs a urgent overhaul just terrible
