I have never been more FRUSTRATED trying to receive a pkg from FedEx !!!!!!! They do NOT deserve a 5 star rating! My package was to be signed for by myself only with a phone # for them to call me. Well that didn’t happen & they lied about who received it at a time when the building management was in a meeting. They are not handling pressure well with this virus business but are using it for an excuse. Go elsewhere for good business & tracking process in the package delivery systems. I would not give 1star for service when a package has specific INSTRUCTIONS!

Packages never come on the date of delivery .

Notified package could not be delivered however address is correct. Called help line and told they cannot find tracking number provided by Fedex. Called help line again and told a different explanation. At present I do not know status of shipment

Yes, I agreed with Leung with message left on 20/4 that my parcel had also not moved but still stuck in Lantau for 4 days. Staff at Admiralty office told me it should reach Germany TODAY but it is still in Lantau!

Been waiting eleven days on this order, was coming Friday, then coming Monday, as of posting this, still haven’t received, sorry outfit

My package was NEVER delivered to my door but i’m supposed to go pick it up at a far location.

Always a million reasons why I never use FedEx there is always an issue and they're never helpful. They blame the customers for everything. They say they attempt to deliver things and they don't. I wish that all places that things are ordered from allowed the customer to choose who they have deliver a product because I would never have chosen this company.

They came a day earlier than stated and I was at work then it says call struggling to find out to do this!

Just wish u gave a round about time frame and sent text of updates more often and up dated

Parcel stuck at lantau island for 4 days still no move, not reasonable

It says it’s on its way supposed to be here Saturday now it’s Sunday I have no idea what happened

Abysmal service. Parcel hasn't moved in 3 days - stuck 20 miles from delivery address. Taking an eternity to get here.

I ordered something on March 27th and I saw the FedEx Tracking That was supposed to be delivered on April 2nd it is still showing that is it in Transit and the date still shows April 2nd. I'm not happy at all I haven't been able to get through to any representatives and my tracking status says in transit and has not changed since April 2nd.
