My package its never damage

Pitiful service. Can’t deliver to the right address after TWO tries so far!! Maybe the third attempt will be successful. NO STARS

Ordered a mattress from Serra Thru Sam’s club on 10/14. Delivered on 10/17 to wrong address. Reordered same mattress on 11/2 and again delivered to wrong address on 11/6. What’s the problem with Fed Ex? Will never use this company again!! Still waiting for delivery or mattress!! Charges have already been paid!! Multiple calls to different fed ex employees, supervisors, etc and still no delivery to my address!! Ridiculous!!

This app is as confusing as all get out! I did everything the printed instructions told me to do & nobody seems to know why my package hasn't been picked up or acknowledged in the system!

I love shipping with..fed ex...for all things. Its much cheaper than even going through the post office or even priority mail. Thank you Fed Ex...happy holiday

Real disappointed, I had ordered batting to make quilts. The box came today and the top was tore off. They didn't ring the bell, just left it and it was starting to snow.

I'm not very happy with your service at this point. I had a package that was delivered to Jacksonville Fl on Friday and it still has not been delivered to Brunswick, Ga. I can't get any information other that it arrived in Jacksonville on Friday.

Never get my stuff on time with FedEx I wish everything i order I shipped with UPS

Worst in the business, my package was not delivered, driver stated he left it at my door and he couldnt have because all he had was a Post Office Box number as address. I guess I'm out of luck. Fedex will not make it right.

Poor at trying to deliver items. I was outside by the gate from 1630 to 1730 there was no fedex truck that showed up. But they claim they tryed to deliver the item.
