Fragile package sent from overseas, just left on front step, didn’t think to ring the doorbell, or leave it on the bench to the side of the steps far less visible to the street, hopeless. Just dumped it, turned, took a photo and bolted! I have a video door bell which recorded the delivery.

Terrible experience, 4 weeks Sydney to cairns, got stuck in Victoria for 2.5 weeks just sitting there, no one knew anything about it, contacted sendle no help at all, just run around, slowest service ever, get what you pay for, all to save a dollar or 2 from Aussie post, 0lease people don't use sendle

Seriously unimpressed with Sendle – had to wait around all day for my delivery, only for them to drop it off at the wrong house! Spent ages tracking it down with my neighbor. Not a happy camper

Ugh, my Sendle delivery was a hot mess. Package showed up a day late, and to top it off, it was banged up like it went through a blender. Not cool, Sendle, not cool.
