  • I send parcel from George on the 19th October 2021 to grahamstown .My daughter phoned me 22 October 2021 to tell me that she did yet received her parcel.We then phoned the aramex call centre spoke to Theo who then repeatedly tells us about the 72 hours service and said no one was available at address to receive parcel. He then check on system and said cell no was incorrectly captured, and then repeat again about the 72 hour service. No where in this conversation he mention that they maid a mistake or apologized. This is poor poor client service,on top of this when asked for his supervisor contact info he dropped the call and hang up.i will report this bad service and will rate you a 0/zero for customer service. ? ?

  • 24 hour delivery is not 24 hour delivery. I could’ve driven 30 km to pick up my own parcel instead - next time I will and skip Aramex completely.

  • Service is terrible the promise to deliver within 72 hours is a lie. I send an parcel from Pretoria to Amanzimtoti its going for 2 weeks now Monday next week. When you phone the call centre they cannot get hold of the driver who promised to deliver before 15:00 today. Therefore not recommended to use.

  • I have been tracking my parcel since the 13th October 2021 & there has not been any further updates. According to the supplier, I was supposed to receive my parcel between the 18th & 22nd October 2021. Aramex is just quiet. I don't even know what is happening. This is bad customer service.
