No update since the 14th of October, service not good at all

Very bad service, My order had been in transit at OR Tambo since the 14th Oct 21 today is the 21st still no delivery, and I wanted to use my parcel tomorrow. Very very bad. My plans are ruined

Very poor service. No response from Aramex for a week. Tracked boxes... No movement. Staff very inefficient regards customer service. Not recommended

Defeats me that I had to pay Aremax R363 for something I ordered online and payed delivery fee for... Why??

It has been 2weeks, we paid the full amount we're tired of waiting. Aramex service needs to improve because we are tired of waiting honestly at this point your service is very useless. Our parcel was suppose to arrive on the 9th!!!! I am beyond disappointed, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will NEVER EVER use Aramex again
