Canada Post review by Lesley

I shipped a product away to Bell Canada March 18th and because i’m disabled with a service dog I was unfortunate able to bring it back myself so I asked my 78-year-old mother to go do it for me. She took a screenshot and was given a tracking number and the receipt as well but when I check the tracking number it on this site unfortunately nothing comes up and says it hasn’t been posted out yet. I’m wondering why I’m still getting late fees for Bell Canada but unfortunately I guess I found out today WHY It is so sad to see disabled people be treated this way and I will have to make an effort to walk over with my new service dog to the post office to check my receipt once again, now I am receiving late fees and overdue billing out of maximum of $358 because unfortunately canada post can’t find the tracking number that I was given

  • My parcel bound for Kentucky from Calgary has made two trips to Richmond BC and is now in Las Angeles for the second time. The envelope was sent March 27 it is now May 1. All I get from the tracking site is ads. No help!

  • To this point I am not impressed.parcel left Brantford Monday and traveled to Stoney Creek. At 12:06 am Wednesday tracking shows that it is in transit. I'm 69 years old and could have worked it there faster. I doubt very much that you will make your 6 business days to Chicago. What did I pay for . Not at all happy.

  • I made a mistake and mailed a parcel to an address. I mistakenly sent it to a 247 house number instead of 427. Readily admit that this part is my mistake. However, as per my Canada Post receipt, my shipping cost was based on the postal code. Even though I used the wrong house #, the package had the proper postal code. To me, when the house # did not match the postal code, Canada Post had an obligation to hold the parcel and notify the Sender....which they did not. The people who received the package won't give it up and I blame Canada Post for not living up to the shipping details which were BASED ON THE POSTAL CODE NOT A STREET ADDRESS.
