Well we are going on 7 weeks I just don't get it I bought the product it took me a week to get it one week and it's been 7 weeks and then we get my money back I don't get it I don't think it's mostly the Postal Service I think it's the people that get the product and don't want to return the money that's what I see I don't think it's right at all

  • I'm surprised by some of the reviews, we go the the branch in Gravenhurst, the main one, we get fantastic service. The ladies are great, fun to deal with, and way way better the UPS. I will continue to go there

  • I have been sending a parcel from New Brunswick to Fort Saskatchewan Alberta for 11 years to my granddaughter. Although I am very happy with the service getting her parcel there in a timely manner and in perfect condition, the cost is going up so fast, not happy about that.

  • I have never had packages take as long as what I was told. I think they give longer dates in case a disruption. Very very happy always with Canada Post for sending parcels.It also depends how remote the area and steps it takes. Be patient, they work for a living like anyone else.

  • Canada Post works very hard n all these negative comments are not about Canada Post it’s about your own personal problems. Least, we get mail when we do.. #CANADAPOST
