This is the third parcel we have had trouble with. They do not know what they are doing. If you ring or email, all they say they will get back to you in a few days and nothing happens. Still waiting for the third parcel, it was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago.

Absolutely the worst company in every way. Took weeks to finally get courier tracing advice. Then repeatedly advising UNABLE TO DELIVER. No successful contact was Tried to pick up from depo no address provided. This item was essential and needed before the 15th Apr Definitely UNPROFESSIONAL. Still no Delivery, still no ability to get an answer from the company. O is way too good for you lot.

Useless company l will never use ever again 3 day postage is now day 6 and still no parcel absolutely disgusting service and communication fast way ?? Yea right ld hate to see the slow way Don’t use these clowns it is definitely a circus

Where is my parcel!!!! Just gone. Charged a large amount to loose / steal my goods. !! Don’t use these people.

there should be a 0 star option, it says my parcel has been 'delivered' when it clearly hasn't, always late, terrible service. gosh

It's been 3 days and not a peep from this courier company. Still says the device is not registered. How can it not be registered. The package must have been picked up by the courier. Did they forget to scan it in.

No notification of drop off til 24 hours later. Didn't ring my intercom.
