Would give several less than 1 star if possible. Pretty sure I could walk to location and pick up parcel faster. And that canned customer service crap is about as much good as a wooden nickle

Have 3 deliveries scheduled. Two were supposed to be delivered 4/30 (2 day shipping) but the items are still in grove city Ohio and nowhere near Pennsylvania. The other package came into New York went to New Jersey and then bypassed Pennsylvania and went to grove city Ohio and then they decided that it was to come back to Pennsylvania and it was to be delivered on the 27 of April. Every time I check the tracking on the website either the info is gone or it is constantly changing and forget customer service. They are a complete joke. They have no idea what is going on except contact your shipper like they are reading from cue cards. What a waste of service only have one star because it would not let me proceed without rating

The worse courier services ever, the fedex in Nigeria is extremely poor. Their workers are so inefficient,useless and lazy. All my experiences shipping with FedEx Nigeria have been a bad one. I pray we find another courier services shipping medication so soon.

Excellent service. My shipment was from Richmond, BC to Mississauga, ON. At each stop I received a notification and my parcel arrived on the scheduled day.

Horrible company to deal with, my package was meant to take 7 days and it in fact took 34 days. No communication unless you make angry phone calls never using again
