FedEx lost my package and refused to replace or refund me. The carrier said he left it at my house at a side door. I notified them and told them I don’t have a side door and it had to be left at the wrong house. They still refused to refund me because the tracking said it was left at my house. But I was home & the carrier never came to my house. I called a quite a few times and was lied to every time I spoke with someone. Then they said since there was no signature required, they’re not responsible. So I just lost $119 & my son never received his power wheel

  • -zero what real is the issue with this company, are they just taking the item that they want? No one should pay for their items to not be delivered. And the computer that hangs up on you this is a management issue they must treat their workers really bad, for them to do such a poor job, I recommend the staff go back to school so they can work for a better company.
