I remember when Fedex first started. It was so reliable. It’s really not anymore. Big delays (“weather” one time when rain was used and I looked up the weather map and it had rained four days before). I’ve had things delivered to wrong addresses and right now I’m waiting for something in Mexico that was supposed to be here now and on the Fedex map is in limbo. It just kind of stopped updating. I wish this was the exception, but it’s more the rule (way before the pandemic). And even when you pay for next morning delivery and the package gets delayed, they still charge the same amount.

  • -zero what real is the issue with this company, are they just taking the item that they want? No one should pay for their items to not be delivered. And the computer that hangs up on you this is a management issue they must treat their workers really bad, for them to do such a poor job, I recommend the staff go back to school so they can work for a better company.

  • Fwd we'd is the worst! I will cancel an order before using them! I have had new cell phones stolen by their drivers and packages destroyed!
