Expected delivery was 1 week ago. Finally located package and arranged pick up at the Old Oak Ridge Rd Greensboro office. I was treated SO rudely at that office, was told that my husband was lying about being told that the package was at that facility. The treatment of myself and another customer at that facility was the equivalent of being lashed out at by a prison guard. Fed Ex still isn’t able to give an exact location of the package. It was supposed to be delivered to the Asheboro office LAST Thursday. Not only has Fed Ex failed to deliver the package, but NO human should be treated into the manner myself and another customer were treated in the Greensboro office.

  • -zero what real is the issue with this company, are they just taking the item that they want? No one should pay for their items to not be delivered. And the computer that hangs up on you this is a management issue they must treat their workers really bad, for them to do such a poor job, I recommend the staff go back to school so they can work for a better company.
