  • FedEx left a door tag on the buzzer for our building with no recipient name or apartment number! There are 7 apartments in thus building! No way to find out who it belongs to a d no tracking info in we site!

  • Bad poor service they was holding my package every since Friday and it’s now Wednesday and they told me three different stories and I still don’t know what’s going on with my package I will never recommend fed ex usps and amazon from NOW ON!

  • Never received by 3 day package on today the date of business day delivery. Fedex tells me I have to go to the facility to pick it up if I want it today.

  • According to the FedEx tracking system, the parcel that I dropped off at the Admiralty collection point on 4/25 is still at the Lantau Island processing center. The scheduled delivery time at Fullerton, California is 4/27 in the morning local time. Why? Please follow up. Tracking #: 813512054054

  • Tracking a package is all fine, but what you at FedEx fail to realize, just because the driver delivers the package and scans it at that address doesn't mean it's the correct address. I am very upset that my package has been lost and it takes me 45 min a time to reach out to anyone customer service to help me find my package. People in my town say that its better that FedEx just leaves all of our packages in the center of the town and leave it up to us to find it than try to deliver it to our houses, UPS does a waaaaaaay better job at knowing exactly where to deliver my packege or know where my house is at. My front door is not my front door and it's obvious, because my front door is covered in plastic and there's no possible way to even answer it. Get it together Fedex.

  • I understand it’s taking longer because of the COVID- my package is been sitting in Tracy California for three days now. That’s OK but it doesn’t tell me when it’s leaving Tracy California or even give me an approximate ETA. If somethings sitting that long to say please bear with us because of COVID. Your approximate ETA is three more days. You’re not guaranteeing it you’re giving an idea. I’m already signed up for text updates so that way I know an approximate and then I just keep waiting for text updates. As of now I don’t know if it’s gonna sit in Tracy California for another five days or is it will be here tomorrow.

  • The parcel sent did not arrive when specified by your company. The arrival, according to you, was 5pm 24/4. As at 8.07pm on 27/4 it is yet to arrive.
